Worst customer service I ever had. Called to have a photo printed out for friend so they wouldn't print it at Wal-Mart, the woman on the phone (sounded like the owner) was short and agitated by my questions about printing out one photo... asking things like what paper are they using...? When I asked her how to send the photo she was irritated, and acted like it was a stupid question. When I asked her "What's the difference from Wal-Mart since they charge $15 and Vannucci charges $30?" She said, "Sir why don't you go to Wal-Mart then...."

So, I guess my friend is going to Wal-Mart. What a joke. I hate Wal-Mart and tried to prevent this, but Vannucci's is like many small businesses who have the bottom fallout from underneath them when corporations come into town, since they don't take the time to do what Wal-mart can't; things like providing customer service and knowledge.

Looks like others have problems here because of the woman, co-owner. I'm personally going to drop coal off for her. And if she's reading this, I had about $400 worth of photos to print out. Guess I'm going to a small business in the next town.
