So I took my son's ps3 in and spoke with a woman behind the counter who made an offer on the ps3. She said I needed to take it home and remove all the photos and music from it. She said to bring it back. When I went back, there was a man and he refused to take it. Was all in the same day. Not to mention how horrible the customer services is. I won't spend my money there and I won't recommend anyone else go there either. Just for additional info, we didn't want cash, we wanted store credit.
